Actually helps without becoming another task! – Good Todo Review

When recent project volume started reaching insanity levels, I searched for recommendations for a to do list app that was almost as easy to use as my handwritten Moleskine pad. I saw Good Todo recommended on LifeHacker. I spent a few minutes with the trial version in my browser and immediately subscribed to the service. It's the best $18/yr I've ever spent! The iPhone app is superb - couldn't be easier or more helpful. Each day it takes me directly to my list for that day - and I can easily navigate to past or future dates. I can filter by category, and search my to do's. As a coder, I can receive a lot of requests throughout the day - rapid fire. Good ToDo lets me quickly add a task, give it a category, assign a date - and add notes. I can even forward emails to my Good ToDo list - giving it a day due and category in the subject line. I didn't want a project management app that wants to become my new life philosophy. I don't have time to spend learning some complex approach to managing my life. I want something that helps me get things done, and makes my life easier without taking over! This is that app. While you're at it - check out the app creator's Good Experience newsletter (good experience.com). I've been a subscriber for a few years - it's always good for insight, inspiration and ideas for improving customer/user experience. Mark Hurst knows his field. Highly recommend!
