Failed connection due to IOS update? – VAVA Dash Review

I have been having connection issues for the longest time and after trying all recommended solutions and being on the phone with costumer service multiple times, one lady was nice enough to be honest and inform me that so many people have been having this issue due to the most recent IOS update.. Which was back in September. If it's been 3+ months and the devs still haven't found a solution, my money feels wasted. Will also be leaving an Amazon review until they actually fix it.
