Glassdoor helps the employers but not the employees. – Glassdoor | Jobs & Community Review

My former employer United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) discriminated, bullied, and retaliated me after I worked for free for 17 month as the interim director. USEF showed no appreciation and further destroyed my job hunting. Every time I wrote an honest review on Glassdoor, it was approved then removed. Although Glassdoor claimed they are not getting any money from the employers, is that really true? Obviously, Glassdoor is not a company that likes justice and fairness.
