Still learning the app – adidas Training by Runtastic Review
I just finished my first day of a 4 week program. I have a few questions, hopefully someone knows the answer to. Am I supposed to do the same workout each day for a week? In my plan it only shows workouts 1-4, so today I did workout 1. Am I supposed to do the same one everyday until next week? Also, after the 40 seconds of each move there is a 20 second break, but before it gets to that break it shows a (+) with a count going up...what is that? It’s not the break 20 second break because it doesn’t stop after 20 seconds. Help?
