Absolutely Awesome (Pun intended) – Ab & Core Workouts Review

This app really helps me keep up my an workouts. I’m apologizing now for any spelling mistakes as for some reason I cannot see what I am typing. I’m a D1rowing athlete and these ab workouts still give me a run for my money. Good luck. But it’s definitely worth the download!
