Product Not Found – NikeConnect Review

Upon scanning, it gives me a product id and just says product not found and to contact you guys and provide a product id. I did that. They couldn’t help and told me I would be getting an email on how to fix it if it still doesn’t work within the next few days. It’s been a couple weeks...still not working. No email. No updates for the app. NOTHING!! All I’m trying to do is connect my Luka jersey ?
