Going downhill fast – Wink - Smart Home Review

Are you guys still around? Are you bankrupt? I don’t understand how the quality of service has declined so much. I’ve submitted two tickets because I’m not getting low battery alerts for my lock. I was almost locked out of my house. Both times they’ve responded several days later asking to resubmit the ticket due to high volumes. What? Le I’m sitting here trying to change the color on my light and set some robots it it takes minutes for the light to respond. Even after rebooting the hub. Are you guys even trying anymore? So disappointed.
