70$ a year for a craigslist app! – CLX for Craigslist Review

I am not sure where exactly was the developer going with this , it can not find my location, yes the UI looks different , but 70$ a year subscription? Really? Does craigslist take a huge cut of that? I am just having a hard time understanding why is it so expensive.
