REALLY BAD – Glovo: Food Delivery and more Review

One of the worst, if not THE worst delivery app in Barcelona. The app is buggy. They charge extra fees that are not charged on Uber Eats for example. The order is always late and cold. And finally their customer service is a joke, a whole conversation that should normally take 5 mins will take 30 because of their stupid chat engine. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
