Out of the 4 big scooter brands in my area lime is the worst – Lime - #RideGreen Review

Had faulty scooters which would not apply power after pushing to start. Also have accidentally entered the red zone with no notification from the scooter, only noticed when I went to end the ride, causing me to be separated from my group who were on a different brand scooters and able to stop. Biggest issue is the customer service only reply is “thanks for the feedback” instead of offering a refund for the unlock fee of broken scooters which I had to immediately end the ride because the power didn’t work.
