Used to be a great app – BaconReader for Reddit Review

I used bacon reader for a long while, this was my favorite app for reddit until now. In order to access the app, you have to accept the new terms of use. This is the statement that’s most alarming of the new terms of use: The agreement contains a mandatory arbitration provision that disallows class actions, a class action waiver provision and a jury waiver provision. This is not only alarming, it’s plain wrong. If the makers of Bacon Reader have a security breach on all of our personal info, we cannot take action against them. Not worth it at all. I’m not deleting this app, I’m just not agreeing to the new terms of use. If there is a breach of security, I will take legal action.
