Great idea, poor execution...customer service non existent – TouchNote Custom Cards & Gifts Review

Love the idea and product but your lucky to get your order within a month of ordering if at all. This has happened on more than one occasion and customer service is more focused on placing blame somewhere else, insulting you, and then ignoring you. So close.
