App hangs, doesn’t work. – Motion Photo to Live Video Gif Review

I installed the app and the demo ran flawlessly, but it won’t make a movie. I paid for the pro version and still wouldn’t work. App hangs and will not produce anything as intended. I’m running iOS 13.3 and iPad Pro.
