I used this app a few months ago, it worked fine. Nothing to complain about, now the other day I needed if again. First, it’s shoving the paid $14.99 subscription down your throat, you can’t even skip past it/there isn’t an “X” anywhere on the screen to close out the 14.99 payment monthly. Well, there was a free trial so I decided to give it a try and then cancel it before 3 days out. 3 issues total. You can’t go through specific albums to select a specific picture. You have to scroll as long as you can to get that photo unburied. Which, each time I clicked on the photo after finding it again the app kicks me out of the site. 2. 14.99? Seriously? 3. As soon as I signed up for the free trial and was able to get in, I figured out the issue that was happening and why it was acting weird. (My iPhone changed the Live Photo to a loop video that continuously plays while youre looking at it) Then once I finally was all set I clicked on the photo and it freezes on 11%. I’ve exited out of the app and restarted my phone and it keeps going to 11% and trays there. It’s such a simple program, why so many silly issues?
Paid for full version. Now broken. Wants more $$$

I bought the full version. Now they force a subscription. I figured I’d do the trial and then restore my purchase. It doesn’t even recognize my previous purchase. And it doesn’t work anymore. Gonna cancel my free trial and delete. Too bad. Used to be the best app to convert live pic to a video.

The app does not work! It shuts down / times out before I can even do anything! There have been multiple problems over the years and it has never worked properly BUT they are still charging me :(

This app is one of the best of its kind but I’ll probably end up deleting it because of the huge ugly watermark... I’m not paying $20 for this when there’s free versions... from college student to college student you really did us dirty

I downloaded this for a quick and simple way to loop a picture I wanted to post. It assured me it was “easy to cancel the trial period” before it ended, so I made my pictures, got the trail so the watermark wouldn’t be on the photos, saved them, and went to cancel the subscription. In the account settings, there is NO option identified that allows me to cancel the period, and the “support” feature isn’t available on my iphone (which, ??????). I clicked on the option “restore purchases” thinking it would bring me to a different page, but it confirmed immediately that all of the features were now purchased on my account. I am not happy. This is misleading, and simply will steal your money. Still trying to figure out how to cancel it before I get charged ANOTHER $20 come the 11th. And if you do the math? It only costs $17.99 to unlock all of the features individually while they charge you $19.99 for the full thing :~) To anyone having the same idea that you can easily end it, DONT DO IT. DO NOT BUY. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO END IT. All this app and it’s developers want is to steal your money. MOVE ON. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT APP. THIS ONE IS GARBAGE. disconnecting my card from my account because there’s no other option not to be stolen from :~))))))))
