ZERO customer service – Scoreboard Buzz Review

I downloaded this thinking it would be what my team needed. I purchased the upgrade thinking there would be a lot more features unlocked. While this may work for others, it wasn’t right for us. I emailed their support team 8 minutes after downloading asking to cancel. I have yet to hear back from anyone and it has now been about a month. I have sent several emails. Terrible terrible service!!!
