VCI Box Locked?? – HT200 Review

I am a mobile mechanic and this device has been by my side for a while now. I couldn’t do my job without it. One day I go to use it and am getting “VCI Box Locked” error. I called tech support and they told me i have to wait until a review team unlocks my account. I told them I cannot do my job without it and they did not seem to care at all. It has been over three days and am still receiving the same error. I have held this device in such high regard until it left me high and dry one day without any apparent reason. BUYER BEWARE!!
