Smart Scan doesn’t work and not able to contact them to ask for help – Expensify - Expense Tracker Review

I thought this app would be the answer to our receipt nightmare, however, we purchased the subscription and it still will not smart scam our receipts which is frustrating. Also, there is no way, that I can find, to contact them to ask for help.
