Ok cameras, horrible customer service – Guardzilla Review

I have 5 Guardzilla cameras. 1 indoor 360, 2 outdoor 360. 1 regular indoor and 1 regular outdoor. The cameras themselves are pretty good and work fine. Problem is that the cameras will not record anymore when activity happens so you are stuck not knowing if something happened like an intruder or if a bird or car just drove by. This has been going on for the past 6 months or so and customer service will not answer back on any questions. I’ve been trying to contact them for months with no luck. I assume it’s a software problem they can’t get a grasp on but they won’t reply to help and it hasn’t been fixed yet. I was paying for their professional service and turned it off recently since i am paying for nothing. This is pretty sad they can’t seem to fix this problem since I invested so much in them and in the past have referred numerous customers to them. Sadly I won’t be recommending them in the future and I’ll just have to take a loss and start replacing the cameras with a brand that works correctly. When these cameras worked as advertised I loved them and they used to have good customer service, not sure what happened but I would stay away from them for now. I hope they fix the recording issue and the service issue soon before I replace them.
