Great simple program – Way of Life - Habit Tracker Review

This is a great app to help you build or change habits. The trick is to define a habit in simple terms. In my case I wanted to: stop eating red meat and exercise daily ( per a defined regimen) . I set up simple habits e.g. exercise and no red meat. Just the process of building a streak and tracking it then not wanting to break it helps change behavior. The simplicity and ease of use is what makes this such a great app.
