So many journaling and tracking apps out there really put some effort into their exports. Your only option here is a spreadsheet (which is good! And necessary! But not enough.) Take a look at the mood tracking app Daylio’s export, it’s a pdf, looks nice and it’s good to read over and review. Another thing, exporting habit descriptions separately! Descriptions are stuck on the app! I use them to keep track of what I mean by “yes” or “no” for the habits at any given time and so it’s important for me to save my descriptions as well, it should be an option. My only choice is to copy and paste them which isn’t so bad. Maybe what I’m asking is too much, or not that useful to other users, or not feasible. I don’t know so for that reason I’m not rating this app down. I love it so far thank you. I’ve been starting so many positive habits I started to lose track!

This is such a great app! The old saying is “practice makes perfect”, well this app shows that “practice/repetition makes permanent.” With this app I was able to form my own goals. Taking baby steps, I transformed my life through the practice of daily habits using this app as accountability and tracking. 5 stars! Highly recommended!

I have only just started using the app. I appreciate its simplicity. What I appreciate even more, however, was the thoughtful note provided upon update regarding why things are the way they are. I felt an actual human was writing to me: the human customer. So rare these days!

There are a ton of apps to choose from for to do lists or daily habits but this one is clear and easy which brings me back to the main reason the habit forming itself, not mastering some complicated app. This is powerful and customizable while keeping you clear and focus on the main prize getting stuff done everyday. I used this to get me out of a rough depression where small things like getting up and washing my face were a struggle.

Tried to turn off alert reminders and deleted all reminders. Still getting alerts to update my journal daily.
