STAY FAR AWAY – Grailed – Buy & Sell Fashion Review

They used to be a great platform for clothes etc...however nowadays they falsely ban and accuse of posting fake objects despite you proving you have the receipt directly from the company. Then their support team proceeds to never respond, if they do it’s weeks later and just a generic cookie cutter answer without allowing you to defend your case. The person that usually responds to Grailed support emails is named Sam and he/she will never hear you out. They take a huge cut when you sell something but yet their customer service is ATROCIOUS. I’m not just in person with a bad experience too. Ask around and people will tell you the same thing too.. they falsely ban and are never of any help. Please stay away from this platform and save your time/money.
