Can not get this app to work – Sorting Station - Educational Game to sort categories for Toddlers & Preschool kids Review

I paid for the app to use for my students and not once have been able to use it as it shuts off instantly with the first touch of the screen. I am very upset because I spent money and am finding it impossible to contact support for a fox or refund!
