Lights great. App is awful. – Orchestra of Lights Review

Just downloaded the update on 12/24/19 and now I have no control of my lights anymore. No matter how many times I go back through the setup process to try to re-sync, the app cannot locate my hub. I’ve held down the reset button, restarted my router, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve spent an hour on this. It’s Christmas Eve and I can’t turn on the music or control the light settings. Awesome. Original review: The hub can’t connect to 25% of my lights most of the time. So a quarter of my lights become unsynced all the time. And I have to reset everything. Everything is about the same distance from the hub so it makes no sense.
