Serious oversight – Avenza Maps: Offline Mapping Review

I backed up my iPhone with this app and the Arizona trail maps. “Restored” my new iPhone from this backup and maps are gone. The app restored but not the maps. I could not get them from my iCloud account either. Other than this fatal flaw the app seems pretty good. UPDATE App developer responded and I can re-download maps. Thanks for the quick response!
