Reservations don’t show up – ParkDIA Review

Don’t bother with this app - your reservation doesn’t show up. You’ll have to open a browser on your phone and log in there to get the QR code. And when you try to contact customer support with questions, it literally takes them weeks to get back to you. The shuttle drivers could teach the front office folks a few things about customer service!
