Pictures don’t open full sized – CloudApp - Screen Capture Review

At first glance this looks like a great app. It loaded my content fine in thumbnail view. But when I go to select an individual picture, I just get a black and white checkerboard. This happens for all files. On iOS 12 with iPhone 6s. Updated and images are loading properly. BUT no native iPad support? C’mon.
