CHARGED THREE TIMES IN ONE DAY!!! – Sprint Family Locator Review

I’ve used this app before, years ago. I went and download it again over the weekend (or at least tried) and it said I already was subscribed and to just pay the $5.99 to gain full access to be able to locate my family devices. I authorized ONCE for this to happen so I could locate my daughter’s phone. I got a message on the screen that the purchase was NOT completed and to try again. Obviously I thought if I authorize this again, they might charge me more than once in the future. Well it happened! I was charged THREE times for a total of $17.97 for the same product that by the way, I was NEVER able to use. I contacted Apple and they said I need to contact the developer of the app because they are not even seeing on my billing account that I have a subscription with Sprint Family Locator! After being charged THREE times and I don’t even have a subscription??? Ridiculous. I am just hoping the developer will contact me to fix the issue AND for a refund for at least $11.98 since I only authorized the in app purchase ONCE and to explain WHY it shows like I don’t even have a subscription after I obviously paid for it THREE times! I would love to be able to used this app in the future... just not being over charged and then not being able to access! Can’t even get in it right now! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE
