Train Canceled Due To Strike, But Can’t Get Refund – Omio: Trains, buses & flights Review

I have 12 train tickets (4 routes purchased for my husband, son and I) that have all been cancelled due to the strike in France. But, I have been unable to get customer service to respond with a refund. It’s completely disheartening - would NOT recommend this service. Wish I would have used the train service directly.
