WORST TRAVEL COMPANY EVER! – Egencia Review

Egencia is possibly the worst travel app ever! Our company started using them but due to numerous problems with travel for our executive managers we stopped using them within four months. Their customer service is horrible! My executive was charged fees that even the hotel said were wrong and it took their resolution team three months to come back and tell me they were right in their charges. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!
