Doesn’t work on iPhone X – Steps - Activity Tracker Review

This doesn’t work on my iPhone X. I thought it might be the cover so I took it off and still nothing, I also restarted the phone several times. I wrote to them and asked for suggestions on how to make it work. Still haven’t heard back.
