Please fix – ProKnockOut-Cut Paste Photos Review

I tried to purchase the one time/lifetime purchase and nothing unlocked. Kept asking me to upgrade and ay again. I had to get a refund. Hoping you can fix this. I do not want to subscribe, wanted to purchase the app.
