Why is this app not working

I bought the iPhone 11 pro max a week ago. No way in hell is my phone messed up or out of space (512gb) every time I try to use the delete background feature (portrait) it doesn’t work or it never actually processes. Fix this.

The app has been working great until recently. Every time I save an image with transparency, it has a white background anyway. This has been going on for a few weeks now. I’m not sure if an update caused this or not. I’m using an iPad Pro with the latest iPad OS. Hopefully this will get corrected soon.

Transparency, PNG doesn’t work

Up until recently loved the app used it daily, but now when I save pictures as PNG they save with a white background. I use both an IPad and Android tablet, which are both now experiencing the same type of “glitch”. I hate to leave, but I’m gonna have to find an alternative, hopefully this will be fixed and I can return. Peace and blessings.

I used this app all the time for thumbnails for my YouTube videos. Unfortunately, after the latest iPhone update, I can no longer put text on my thumbnails. It immediately shuts off when I begin to add text. Making stickers & adding stickers is fine.

I tried multible times for multiple things and I was disappointed by how easy it was to mess up my photos.All I had to do to set of a photo was accidentally touch my phone so over all 2 stars
