Very bad experience with this app – SplashLearn: Kids Learning App Review

If there was zero stars that is what I would give them. I would suggest just don’t buy look somewhere else.. I am now stuck with an app I paid one year worth of subscription and I can’t access. Try reach them out, good luck with that. I did get in touch with one of their guys on the website chat, suggested me to send an email to help@splashmath but haven’t heard anything from them. I even sent them a message right from their app but no luck... The one advice I can give them, if is just the money they want, why not just go ahead and ask for it??!!! Instead of trying to sell something, it would be clean that way... They sent me an an email with a verification code so I can verify my email address with them, but it did not have a link to click and enter that code, how laughable!!!! Really???
