Won’t open – Square Quick Pro - No Crop Pic Review

I read such great reviews and was so excited to get this app. But it just won’t open for me. I have the iPhone 8 Plus. I shut my phone off the re started it. Deleted the app then reinstalled it. I don’t know what else to do. ?. So frustrating.
