Finally! – Cross Training Companion Review

I’ve been wanting an app to track my CrossFit and HIIT class workouts for sooo long and I’m glad this finally exists! I like the first screen the best because it has my effort, heart rate, calories, and points all on one page. Sometime I’ll swipe to the point progress page if I’m feeling particularly competitive. Overall, it’s simple, easy to use, and provides real-time insight that’s so helpful to see mid-workout. 10/10 would recommend ?
