App unreliable and now wont open at all – NYC Ferry by Hornblower Review

I love the ferry and have been using for past year but this app is so unreliable, it crashes and now wont even open. I am so exasperated it means i cannot check schedules and now will just use subway instead. Your app has lost nyc ferry a customer
