They are illegally recording your private conversations through your microphone on your phone or iPad. I don’t know why exactly. But I deleted them. I feel like people’s intellectual property, privacy and possibly political safety are in danger because of them. Ask Serena point blank. You will hear her lie. If I could leave this review without leaving a single star I would.
