Rude Personnel – Your Texas Benefits Review

I am so grateful and give this app a 10 stars although you only go to five. Going to any office is so stressful and that’s why you have a security man, such a waste is a pay check sitting at each office. They have no knowledge or acknowledgement or desire to help anyone that walks in the door. Walmart greeters are much more professional. He sat there on his cell phone and when I asked anything, he was bothered. I assume he was chosen because he is big and buff, but you have just a waste of space and money there. A kiosk would be of better assistance and a timer for the amount of time the receptionist has to tend to your questions or just dropping off documents. I drove approximately 8 miles to get there and waited in line 40 minutes only 1 girl was attended to and so I decided to walk out. There is No place to drop off the documents requested of me. There are some of us who understand what is required of us. You have 8+ windows only 2 workers and they don’t have a care in the world to try to assist us. People in line have a question and there should be designated windows for questions and a kiosk for checking in. Get rid of the window people and put them to WORK. Suggestion: get a multicultural/race in every office and definitely place cameras in the work areas and monitor your employees. These are State paid employees and treat us with no respect or empathy or just plain And simple; DO NOT PROVIDE HUMAN SERVICES! “Us” asking for assistance need just that. I walked in, stood in line, 3 guys walk in behind me loud and smell like marijuana so bad! Both my daughters were afraid just to be standing there. Security guy; busy stretching in a tiny chair on his cell iPhone. I will leave the HHS location anonymous because I am 99.9 % sure that all HHS offices in Texas are being run the same way, in this area. Please take visual proof of what I am commenting. The problem is escalating at this point. Thank you and I pray these comments are not taken lightly.
