Best Getting Started Running App Around – 10K Runner, Couch to 10K Run Review

The first 6 weeks of intervals in this app are perfect for beginner and the rest are great for runners who struggle to get to the 10K marker! My favorite thing about the app is that in the beginning workouts, the last run interval is shorter than the first few in the workout and I *always* ended feeling strong and encouraged rather than exhausted and relieved to be done! Well worth the $$.
