Amazing appliance horrible app – Drinkworks Review

I love my Drinkworks machine. The app is horrible. First it requires a Bluetooth connection every time you open it to the machine. Which means if I am not near the machine or I don’t have it plugged in and on then the app can’t connect and I can’t get into the site. This is particularly annoying if you are away and decide you want to shop for pods. I also have a terrible time working within the site. Maybe it’s me but it never remembers my sign in info and I constantly have to hit forgot my password to get in. That is why I’m only giving it 3 stars. The machine makes a fantastic drink!
