App worked great before but not iPhone 11 Pro compatible – Hyperlapse from Instagram Review

The stabilized time lapse videos are awesome when they work. Unfortunately it looks like the app hasn't been updated for the iPhone 11 and so the results are now no better than the built in time lapse feature.
