Major Issues with Ray-Still!! – Misfit Review

I have had a Ray since the first week they were released and it has worked “fairly” well through the years. But now, I can’t change position of Ray in app (always switches back to wrist) or edit my sleep (says it’s still syncing even after 30 minutes). It also no longer tracks steps correctly- will deduct during the day. PLEASE FIX this for Ray! Have been loyal customer for over 3 years and deserve a working product!! Update: Now it’s deleting steps. Synced and had 998 then it dropped to 338. Lost a 15 day streak. Husbands Ray did same. FIX THIS!!!
