Great...but stops prompting me when screen locked. – 10K Runner, Couch to 10K Run Review

I’m on week 5 and love the intervals, recording of my mapped run, distance, calories burned (if accurate?). For the first 4 weeks it loudly prompted me to run/walk/cool down. Now it doesn’t and the only thing I can figure is if my screen locks it goes silent on cues. This surely can be fixed?!?! Please!?!?!
