Great service.. App need improvement – MATIC - Home Cleaning Services Review

We used this app more than a year and we happy for the service, But we faced a bad experience in payment, Every time the app deduct 1 riyal before the service charges and every time we need to contact customer service to refund it. I suggest for you to change your method in credit card check, for example when I pay for Google or Amazon they charge 1 $ and return it in same moment for make sure the credit card is active. I hope you update your method soon.
