Notifications Issue w/ paid version – TeamSnap Review

Our team purchased the paid version of this app this year but we are all having random team chat notification issues. All of the notification settings are turned ON (and yes, all app updates have been implemented and all system updates have been made), yet we all only get a team chat notification every once in awhile. This has led to teammates going uninformed.
