Can't change barcode on app. – Gold's Gym Review

I lost my Gold's Gym original physical barcode tag. I recieved a new one with a new barcode number. Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to update the barcode on the app. Help? Also. Getting the barcode to the Apple watch and wallet would be great!
