Can’t log in because it asks for a barcode number but my membership card doesn’t have number in the barcode to even enter.

Love the app but seeing as I don’t carry my phone when I go to the gym, will there ever be an Apple Watch app so I can scan my barcode through there? ?

Just started using the app and so far I love it. I need something to push me and by putting it in writing I’m able to hold myself accountable. I can also monitor my progress to see if I can challenge myself each week to do more.

I have been using this app for 3 months now. Being able to sign up for classes and knowing that I have a workout scheduled helps me to stay motivated. I really like this app and the classes I can sign up for.

I expected to be able to manage my account and membership through the app however the only items available our find a class, gym info, what’s new , and there social media ???

Sometimes the app closes, or doesn't give appropriate prompts, but it ultimately does what it is supposed to, gets my classes booked!
Doesn’t work

The app recently stopped accepting my password and forced me to create a new one. So I created a new one, but the app won’t accept the newly created one either. I’ve reset the password 10 times now but still can’t log in. Annoying, because I used to use the app to sign-in at the gym

Downloaded the app when I joined. Have never been able to log in, have been given 3 separate key tags to try, the app doesn’t recognize any barcode I enter. Unfortunately staff at my local cannot help because they say it should work. Glad it works for others.
