Cancerous Customer Support – Ivanti Mobile@Work™ Client Review

Need technical support? Good luck finding it. I tried online, you have to create an account for some reason when you’re just trying to find out how to uninstall apps that you just downloaded. When trying to call their phone number, there are dead-ends where if you’re unlucky to select the option you need (tech support for me), it tells you to go to support.mobileiron where I still can’t get help AND THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU. I had to annoy their sales team to be directed to tech support where they wouldn’t just answer my question and instead want to spend time inaudibly trying to get my information. Nightmare.
