Crashes. To search book have to type in every one – Scholastic Book Wizard Mobile Review

The scanner option will not work. Every time I go to select scan option it goes off to my phones home screen! Looked for a troubleshooting section, nothing to be found. For now really useless I have to type in the title of the book to search.
