Attention: This the old Points HD under new name. – Acupuncture Points Review

I purchased Points HD from Miridia a while ago. Somehow it disappeared from my Iphone and I got to app store to re-download. This is what I downloaded convinced that I wont have to pay as its the same app from Miridia with light changes to it (color, name). To me it looks like the developer wants to make money from those who already purchased. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am very disappointed. App store refuses to refund the money!
